Chip Jefferson

Chip Jefferson is a lifetime resident of Lexington, South Carolina, with deep roots in the Lexington, Columbia, and Lake Murray markets. Having watched the Midlands grow and prosper over the years, Chip brings a genuine understanding of the area and its people. His unique career background provides valuable insight into the heartbeat of the Midlands, and with over 35 years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and development, he offers a level of knowledge and perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers.

Throughout his career, Chip has been involved in more than 4,000 home transactions, guiding clients through sound, confident buying and selling decisions with integrity and care. He is committed to helping his clients prosper while navigating one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Family has always been Chip’s driving force. He is the proud father of four children and the blessed grandfather of seven grandchildren, whom he credits as daily inspiration as he watches them grow and flourish as God’s children. Chip believes there is no greater joy than mentoring others and investing in a legacy that extends beyond business.

Chip attends First Baptist Church in Lexington, where he leads several ministries and remains actively involved in service and outreach. He is also deeply engaged in the community, coaching recreational and travel league sports and serving in schools and local organizations. Chip believes strongly in giving back and strives to give as much as he receives, recognizing that he is truly blessed in both.
