After one too many Kentucky winters, my family and I decided it was time to make the move to the beach.  After visiting the area for many years on vacations, we decided it was time for a change.

I have two great nephews & a beautiful great niece (11, 10 & 2), that pushed us into the move.  I love spending time with them at the beach or pool or just being around them.

I have over twenty years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, which made this a natural transition for me.  I have an outgoing personality and attention to detail, a career in real estate was a perfect fit.  My background is in real estate, mortgage financing and property management.  I won’t just meet you at the closing table, I’ll be there every step along the way.

My Mantra is…  We need to like each other, trust each other, and have mutual respect for each other.  I believe the process of buying or selling your home shouldn’t be done with someone you barely know, but with someone that is approachable, trustworthy and you enjoy spending time with.  My goal is to grow your homebuying experience into a lifelong friendship.

I love the relaxed atmosphere of living at the beach and that’s how the home buying experience should be.  I will never push you into something you’re not ready to do.
